Master’s in Labour Law from the Law School of the Catholic University of Portugal, completed in February 2009.
He is currently attending a PhD in Public Policy at ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon, With an approved thesis project themed “Collective Labour Relations”.
Several academic articles published and co-authorship of the Green Paper on Labour Relations (2016).
Collaborator at Fausto Leite – Advogados, since 2004. Lawyer of the National Union of Postal and Telecommunications Workers, since 2004. Legal advice on various negotiation processes for collective labour regulation instruments in the communications sector, in the telecommunications sector and in the press sector, since 2004. Member of the Arbitral Tribunal of the Economic and Social Council (CES), as Party Arbitrator, since November 2012. Legal Advisor in the collective contracting area of the Union of Journalists, since 2015.
