Luis Pedro de Oliveira Garcia e Pina Manso (1986) holds a BA in International Development (University of East Anglia, UK) and a PhD in Development Studies (ISEG-UL).
He participated in various research projects throughout his career, both National (DYNAPOR) and International (MOPACT and MIGAPE), with a focus on the sustainability and adequacy of social protection arrangements including the impact of structural and parametric reforms, gender inequality, financial sustainability, the redistributive effect of pensions, etc.
