Cláudia Silva

PhD student in Tax Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, with a master's degree in Constitutional Law and a postgraduate degree in Tax Law. Researcher at the Center for Research in European, Economic, Financial and Tax Law (CIDEEFF). Member of research groups at the State University of Rio de Janeiro and the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Guest lecturer at UFRJ's Social Responsibility and Sustainability Laboratory (LARES) on the MBA Economics and Sustainability Management - Emphasis on Smart Cities. Academic coordinator of the Extension Course "Resolution of Tax Conflicts BR/PT", a partnership between CIDEEFF and UERJ. She has worked as a tax consultant and lawyer for several multinationals in Brazil. She is currently developing studies and research combining Tax Law and the impacts of the use of artificial intelligence on the labor market and, consequently, on the social security system in Portugal, specifically on Robotax (taxation of robots).
