Filipe Lamelas
Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (1997-2002). He completed a Postgraduate Course and a Master's Degree, both in Labor Law, at the Lisbon Law School of the Portuguese Catholic University in 2006 and 2009, respectively. He is currently studying for a PhD in Public Policy at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, where his thesis project on "Collective Labor Relations" has been approved.
He has published several academic articles and co-authored the Green Paper on Labor Relations (2016).
He has worked with the law firm Fausto Leite - Advogados (since 2004). He provides legal advice on collective bargaining processes, particularly in the communications, telecommunications (SNTCT) and press (SJ) sectors. Since 2012, he has been a member of the Arbitration Court of the Economic and Social Council (CES), as a Party Arbitrator.
