14th Edition "Manuel António da Mota Award" - "Portugal Futuro"

The "Manuel António da Mota Prize" will be awarded on November 26th, under the slogan "Portugal Futuro", by the Manuel António da Mota Foundation of the Mota-Engil Group, a member of CoLABOR.

The director of CoLABOR, Manuel Carvalho da Silva, will be present at the awards ceremony, giving an opening speech.

According to a jury made up of representatives from the Manuel António da Mota Foundation and TSF - Rádio Notícias, the 10 finalists - APELA - Portuguese Association for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis; ARCIL - Association for the Recovery of Disabled Citizens of Lousã; Association for the Promotion and Defense of Life and Family - Vida Norte; Centro Social e Cultural S. Pedro do Bairro; Centro Social Vale do Homem; IDIS - Institute for Development and Social Inclusion; Irmãs Hospitaleiras do Sagrado Coração de Jesus - Casa de Saúde do Bom Jesus (Proj. "Sempre em Mente - Home support for people with dementia"); Mundo A Sorrir - Associação de Médicos Dentistas Solidários Portugueses; Qualificar para Incluir - Associação de Solidariedade Social; Unidade Local de Saúde do Baixo Alentejo, EPE (ULSBA, EPE) - have made a name for themselves by working in areas as diverse and interrelated as the fight against poverty and social exclusion, the reception and integration of migrants and refugees, the enhancement of the interior and territorial cohesion, health, education, employment, family support, innovation and social entrepreneurship, inclusion and digital and technological transition and climate transition.
