Pedro Estêvão was born in Lisbon in 1975 and has a degree in sociology and is currently working on his PhD in the same field. He also has two postgraduate degrees in statistics and data analysis and certified training in conflict negotiation and mediation and in geographic information systems. His professional career includes participation in various studies evaluating educational policies and social policies, as well as scientific projects on the effects of the economic crisis in these same areas. Her current academic interests are in the areas of labor, social protection, trade unionism and social dialogue.
