State of the Nation in Figures
CoLABOR developed the "State of the Nation in Figures" data platform for the Institute for Public and Social Policy (IPPS), which complements the report that the institute publishes every year and presents a detailed analysis of the national situation in different dimensions.
This portal, by gathering statistical information with a long time series for different countries on topics relevant to the development of societies, has the main objective of contributing to the preparation of well-founded analyses and, in this way, to the qualification of the public debate.
In the 2021 report, entitled "Governing in a State of Emergency", CoLABOR researcher Frederico Cantante is the author of the chapter dedicated to Social Protection where he presents the diagnosis regarding employment protection during the pandemic and presents an analysis of the social policy Extraordinary Income Support for Workers.
