Summary
The (Inter)Municipal Social Charter is an information system that collects information on the social responses and statistical data of a municipality, enabling strategic planning of the network of social services and facilities at municipal and/or supra-municipal level in response to the present and future needs of the population.

The (Inter)Municipal Social Charter has advantages for government organizations - municipalities or CIMs (support for strategic decision-making and monitoring of services), for citizens (intuitive access to up-to-date and relevant information on the institutions that can respond to their needs) and for social organizations (mapping of the population's needs and coordination with partners).
