Summary
Monitoring the implementation of the Hybrid Teleworking Model at Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa is part of the protocol axis of the studies and its main objective was to deepen knowledge about the impact of technology on working conditions and workers' rights. In this context, a large employer in a multi-sector context monitored the implementation of a hybrid work system that combines face-to-face working days with teleworking. The aim was to assess the occupational permeability of teleworking and the impacts on working conditions, in particular the impacts on structures of a political-organizational and socio-labour nature, as well as sociability and collective working relationships, following a participatory and inclusive approach.
